Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy
Customers who cancel orders within five (5) business days of the order date will receive a full refund. After five business days all sales are final and no refunds will be provided. Effective January 2026, AEI no longer accepts home study or correspondence grading sheets or payment made by check.
