Arkansas Electrical Continuing Education Information:
In order to renew your Arkansas license, the Arkansas Board of Electrical Examiners requires that you complete 8 hours of continuing education relating to the National Electric Code. The 8 hour course above will satisfy all of your continuing education requirements for this renewal.

Yes. Once you complete and pass the continuing education course, we will email you the certificate of completion.
What do I do with my certificate of completion?
The license holder is now required every year to provide the information and certificate when they renew. We do not report your hours to the state.
Do you report my hours to the Arkansas Board of Electrical Examiners?
No, we do not report your hours to the state. The state now requires the licensee to provide the information and certificate to the state every year upon renewal.
Do you offer any live, in-person continuing education training in Arkansas?
We do not currently offer live training in this state. We find that most students prefer to complete their courses on their phone, tablet or computer.

As of January 2026, we no longer print and mail booklets directly to students. This effort provides students immediate and convenient access to our online and correspondence (where available) courses, without having to wait for mailed copies.
