When is my continuing education due?
Michigan Electricians are required to complete 15 hours of continuing education within one year of the adoption of the newest code. The 2017 NEC was adopted on January 4, 2019. The following course is approved by the Michigan Electrical Division through CE Broker. The course also includes the Michigan Rules Part 8 requirement. Therefore, this course will fully satisfy your continuing education requirement.
I already purchased the course and can’t figure out how to take the test. What should I do?
The link to take your exam is in your email receipt. Check your email for the link to take your exam.
Do you report my hours to the state?
Yes, we report your continuing education hours directly to CE Broker for you.
Is this course approved by the state?
Yes. The Michigan Electrical Division requires courses to be approved by CE Broker. Our CE Broker course approval number is #20-704116. You can view our approval on www.cebroker.com.
What do I need to do with my certificates of completion?
The certificates are for your records. We will submit the hours to CE Broker for you.
