Professional Development Hour (PDH) Requirements

North Dakota engineers are required to obtain 30 PDH biennially. The deadline is December 31st. Whether or not it is in the odd-number or even-numbered year depends on your year of original license.  At least 20 PDH must be in technical areas that directly safeguard the public’s health safety and welfare.

The Board does not approved continuing education providers or courses. The Board lists a number of acceptable continuing education activities, including online and correspondence courses that require the student to “show evidence of achievement with a final graded test”.

There is no limit to the number of hours that can be completed through online courses. A maximum of 15 PDH may be carried forward into the next renewal period.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: If the state Board rejects one of our courses for any reason, you get a FULL refund. No questions asked. Simply provide a copy of the rejection letter issued to you by your State Licensing Board.
