Professional Development Hour (PDH) Requirements

Kansas engineers are required to complete 30 PDH biennially. The deadline is April 30 in even number years for last names beginning with A-L and April 30 in odd-numbered years for last names M-Z.

The Kansas Board does not approve continuing education courses or providers, but requires the engineer to determine if the course has a “clear purpose and objective which will maintain, improve, or expand the skills and knowledge relevant to the licensee’s field of practice”.

A maximum of 30 PDH may be carried forward into the next renewal period, except that no carry-over hours are allowed for the first reporting period.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: If the state Board rejects one of our courses for any reason, you get a FULL refund. No questions asked. Simply provide a copy of the rejection letter issued to you by your State Licensing Board.
